We want to inform you that orders placed on Brintt between January 30 and February 7 have been affected due to a unilateral and arbitrary decision by Stripe, our payment processor. Additionally, Stripe's actions led to our website being taken offline for the past four days. However, we have promptly restored full functionality, and Brintt is back online.

 

Brintt, an e-commerce brand operated by DSJ NETWORK LLC, is currently reviewing the necessary legal measures regarding this matter.

 

We sincerely apologize to every customer affected and appreciate the trust you place in our brand. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly at support@brintt.com.

 

Regardless of the circumstances, we have made the decision to fully refund all customers whose orders were not processed by February 18.
